According to Executive Sous Chef Bambang Setiono, guests can indulge in an array of dishes ranging from classic takjil to Western cuisine. He said, "We offer delicious takjil options such as dates, kolak, and bubur Madura. Traditional specialties include Surabaya’s signature rujak cingur, gado-gado, and nasi liwet. Of course, our must-try dish is the roasted lamb, which is served fresh every day,". 

Beyond these traditional flavors, The Café’s buffet also features international delights, including Yang Chow fried rice, chap chay, satay, meatball soup, pizza, and pasta. Guests can enjoy this extensive iftar buffet for Rp298,000 nett per person, starting from 6:00 PM every evening.
